I have been gigging in the spoken word circles of London, Helsinki and Bogotá for over seven years and counting. In addition I also design and deliver poetry/literature workshops on demand. Please, contact for more info.
Sivuvalo, in collaboration with Red Door Gallery, Copenhagen, presents: "Worldthreaders" (Tejedores de Mundo), a multimedia poetry evening with the participation of Jotamario Arbelaez (Colombia), Elizabeth Torres (Colombia/US residing in DK), Lalo Barrubia (Uruguay/Sweden) and Aino Huusko (Finland) as part of a poetry takeover tour that involves Copenhaguen (and their participation in the Latinamerican Literature Festival of Copenhaguen), Malmõ, Berlin and Helsinki.
The evening brings together four voices from different perspectives and experiences, to discuss through their poetry and a following Q&A, the subjects of language, territory and identity, as well as their personal experiences around the world through their poetry.
